The answer is yes if you have a chapter 7 bankruptcy, if you have a chapter 13 bankruptcy it is much easier to get a car loan if the bankruptcy is discharged.

Shawn, you would have to purchase from one of our group auto dealerships. To my knowledge there is not a car loan auto finance company that does poor credit private party car loans.
